If more recently documented, we've shown the contributor's name & date of the survey. Atkinson Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	SCGA Bob Carter	Nov 2002	At intersection of Eldora Rd & Hwy 268 (5 miles west of Pilot Mtn), go north on Eldora Rd for abt 3 miles; as you pass Bryant Mill Road on the right, cemetery is on left in the edge of some trees across a short field. Is surrounded by white painted concrete blocks & is not visible in the summer due to trees.
Axsom Cemetery	Surry	Norma Axsom Zanetti (deceased)	June 1998	From Hwy 601 S & NC Hwy 268 (Fairview Crossroads), take 268 W for abt 2 miles. Turn left on SR 1113 (Gilliam Rd. - dead end). Follow road to abandoned farmhouse (Old Lee Cockerham Farm). Follow old road bed in front of house for abt 1/4 mile. Cemetery in grove of trees on right.

Crissman-Cundiff Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	Bob Carter	Nov 2002	From intersection of Siloam Road and Siloam/River Run Road in Siloam at the Yadkin River, go West on Siloam/River Run Road for 1.4 miles. Look for road sign of Long Dusty Lane on the right, and when you see that, turn left into a small drive. Cemetery is visible on the left in a small river slate wall. Grave of Charles Crissman is outside of the wall.

Dollyhigh Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	Bob Carter	June 2004	From Siloam Rd (SR 1003) & Little Mtn Rd, go .4 miles on Little Mtn. Rd; then L on Radar Rd & go 1.4 miles & cemetery is on right in a field just past Wimbledon Lane.
Doss Cemetery (photos included)	Surry	Wilma Hiatt and Perry Creed	April 2006	From intersection of US 52 & 601 in Mt. Airy, go south on US 601 for .7 miles then LEFT onto Edgewood Drive. Then go .3 miles and turn RIGHT onto Park Drive. Then go 1.2 miles and turn RIGHT onto Doss Road. Then go .6 miles and cemetery is on the right. Located on private property. Cemetery is not overgrown and has been mowed as of May 2006. Has been vandalized.

Cemetery is on hill in trees to right of trash station. Burial place of Greenberry Paterson.

Hyatt (Hiatt) Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	Bob Carter	Sept 2002	From Pilot Mtn, go W on Hwy 268 abt 3 miles to Hills Grove Ch Rd (fenced in well drilling yard on left corner). Property on right side of Hwy 268 is home of Tim Bodford & graves are several hundred yards north in one of his pastures. No access except with property owner.
Fulk, McKinney, Chandler, Reynolds Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	Bob Carter	Oct 2002	From Hwy 268 & Siloam Rd, go north on Siloam Rd & turn right on Rock Hill Church Rd (gravel road); then abt 1.6 miles. Cemetery is on left on knoll.

Ben Pratt is property owner who lives in home on the left.

Moser-Ashburn Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	Bob Carter	Sept 2002	From Pilot Mtn, go W on Hwy 268 abt 3-4 miles & turn left on Stanford Church Rd; then go abt 200 yards to SR 2087; then turn left & go abt .7 miles; graves are on right in edge of woods behind barn. Only two grave markers were legible; other graves may be there.

Owen Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Stokes	Bob Carter	July 2002	From Pilot Mtn, take Hwy 268 east abt 3 miles. Turn right on Brim's Grove Rd & go south abt 1 mile to Carl's Way Rd on right (private drive). Property owner is Morris Robertson & graves are behind his home.
Phillips Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Stokes	Bob Carter	Aug 2002	On west side of US 52 at Pinnacle exit, turn left on Pratt Rd & go South 1.1 miles & turn left on Old West Old Phillips Road, then East .8 miles - cemetery is on left down a dirt road abt 200 yards.

Stoltz Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	Bob Carter	Oct 2002	At intersection of Eldora Rd & Hwy 268 (5 miles west of Pilot Mtn), go N on Eldora Rd for abt 3 miles; turn R on Bryant Mill Rd, then go abt 1 mile & cemetery is in woods on left (right side of home). Graves without names/dates, just river stones.
Stone Family Cemetery	Surry	Bob Carter	April 2006	From US Hwy 52 & NC Hwy 268, Golf Course Road is across NC 268 from McDonald restaurant. Go south on Golf Course Road 1.4 miles, then Right on Stone Haven Drive for .2 miles, then right on Hill Street .2 miles till it dead ends. There is a small path to the left at the dead end with a gate that is open and go thru the gate for about 100 yards, and cemetery is on the right at the end. Is adjacent to the Pilot Knob Golf Course 10th green. This is the old Enoch Stone and Nancy Anthony cemetery. Goes back to the early 1800s. Well cared for cemetery and is enclosed in a chain link fence.
Whitaker, Hudson, Bullin Cemetery Cemetery Photo	Surry	SCGA Bob Carter	June 2002	From intersection of Hwy 268 & Quaker Ch Rd (5 miles west of Pilot Mtn), go 1/4 mile south on Quaker Ch Rd, then right on Anderson Rd (SR 2101). Follow road .8 miles and cemetery is on left.
William C. Patterson Cemetery	Surry	SCGA Bob Carter		From Pilot Mtn, go W on Hwy 268 abt 3 miles to Hills Grove Ch Rd & turn left; then go abt 100 yards past Hills Grove Baptist Church to Ft. Argyle Rd, then left. Cemetery is on right about 100 yards (see map and photo of cemetery in list).
